Biographies

Sherry Holster has been a personal, business, career and financial coach for over 12 years. Having a background in management and finance for multi-million dollar corporations, she left corporate life and  formed her own company Designing Prosperity.  Sherry has successfully assisted hundred of clients to achieve life balance and greater personal and professional success. http://designingprosperity.com/

Beth Oakes, RYT is a graduate of Charlottesville Yoga School and is the founder of the Peace Yoga Project which offers donation-only yoga classes throughout the   Roanoke Valley, as well as free outreach classes to underserved members of the community.   Her teaching emphasizes linking dynamic movement with focused breathing, finding the energy within stillness and the stillness within energy.  Beth will be leading a beginner yoga class where you will learn breathing  techniques, relaxation exercises, and explore the union of mind, body, and spirit.
